1. Boiler tube thermal spray coating (coating wire and in-situ application)
HANA WELTECH manufactures its own cored arc-spray wires (HX-70, HX-78, third-generation HX-100 and fourth-generation UX-10M) and applies them inside the boiler during planned overhauls, mainly by twin-wire arc spraying, with HVOF and aluminium arc coating where specified.

- 89 pieces and sets supplied in 11 supply records, at six power plants: Yeongheung, Goseong Green Power, Gangneung Anin, Shin-Boryeong, Taean (Korea) and Nghi Son 2 (Vietnam).
- Repeat order: 28 flame holders for KOEN Yeongheung Units 5 and 6 delivered in September 2025, followed by 14 more delivered in September 2026.
